Pet Policy

We allow 2 pets per apartment. Cats and Dogs are welcome. Deposit increases for pets are as follows: $250 for one cat. $400 for two cats. $500 for one dog. $750 for two dogs. Monthly pet rent of $25 per cat or $50 per dog is required. Each pet must be under 45 lbs. If more than one pet, their combined weight must be less than 90 lbs. Vaccination records must be made available to management upon request. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact the leasing office with any questions.
